The Burning Life Delayed

I’m so bummed. The next EvE Online novelization, entitled EVE: The Burning Life, looks like it’s been delayed. I preordered it on Amazon, and just got notification that it was delayed until March 8th, 2010. I was looking forward to another good read like EVE: The Empyrean Age by Tony Gonzalez. I enjoyed the novel.

Oh well, guess I’ll have to work on the Honor Harrington Series some more until then. Thanks to Mynxee and the excellent Galactic Watercooler Podcast where I found out about the series.

Older: Zero Zero

For the last year or so of playing EvE (I’m a little over 1 year old now), I’ve been almost strictly plying my trade in high security space. The first corporation I joined after I started playing had a POS in 0.0 in the Geminate region.

Newer: Mining in Zero Zero

So I put the big boy overalls on, and brought my hulk out in 0.0 a couple days ago. One of my other corpmates and I joined up with a friend in the belt, and he provided tanking from the larger rats there.

Based on a recent article by Kirith Kodachi, it looks like he’s got some very curious parallels to release dates of the various exapnsions and the last book. See here: http://www.ninveah.com/2009/09/clues.html
